Can't comment on their hole saws, but I recently purchased some XTorque 6.5mm SDS Plus drill bits- made in Germany. For $5 they were excellent and cheaper than some chinese made ones!
As dilbert9 mentioned, there are plenty of dodgy sellers out there who will create a user for the purposes of singing their own praises.
The owners of this place are absolute douchebags and it is no suprise that the turn-over rate is by far the highest of any company I have worked in.
Obviously other people have not been so lucky but I always seek out Sydney Tools online whenever I want something substantial (for small things I just go to Bunnings). Virtually all my power tools have come from Sydney Tools (I usually wait until they have a 'Free Shipping' special).
Kinchrome and sidechrome Id need to buy either a tray out of one of there trolleys over $600 for metric / imperial
The only caveat is if you work in a precision industry (oil/gas, aircraft maintenance etc.) where you will likely only be able to purchase such tools from an approved list anyway.
I have bought quite a fair amount of tools and machinery from them including power tools to commercial water pressure cleaners and generators. They look after me with fair pricing (I dont know if its the absolute cheapest but they always are willing to help and negotiate) and they always have what I am after.
Really? I'm about 140km from the city. Just had a look at their website, can't seem to find all that much. Some things are cheaper at Total Tools.
Besides, if the cheaper spanner slips off the nut or bolt and rounds it, isn't that a false economy? The spanner with a tight fit might take an extra fraction of a second to get on the nut or bolt, but then it probably saves time compared to needing to be much more deliberate about keeping the cheaper spanner square and level on the nut with even pressure.
Given this was only a recent occurrence, I recommend you talk to your bank about it so that you get every dollar back. They don't deserve to keep even a cent for doing literally nothing at all.
I don't buy from them anymore as they're based in Sydney, but my experience was when I ordered some Bosch tools.
Most common ones I see are Kinchrome / KC / SP / Sidchrome. Size wise, they wouldn't have much more than 24mm / 1" in their sets. The expectation would be there is a tool store that has all the larger and exotic sizes available.

I ordered online a Makita cordless Hedge Trimmer that was аркада казино in stock, paid via PayPal the same day, I wanted to buy this as a gift for my father in law, then I received confirmation of payment from PayPal but not from Sydney Tools, the status was showing processing since the day i purchased. I was hoping the order will be shipped out before christmans, I have made many calls to customer service from Jan 3 and they have advised the order is being processed, because of the holiday period there were delays...Then by Jan 6 they send me an email with tracking information, sent via Australia Post, the tracking number is not recognized by Australia Post, I logged into my account the status remains unchanged, still says processing.
